Chestnut Meringue
For the sweet tooths out there, here's an easy recipe you can whip up when you're craving for a delicious dessert.

2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped roasted chestnuts
chocolate powder for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 275˚F. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy. Add sugar a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until mixture is stiff and shiny.

Add vanilla extract and fold in the chopped roasted chestnuts. Drop spoonfuls of meringue mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Bake meringues until crisp. Cool. Sprinkle lightly with chocolate powder.
