White Forest Cake

Ingredients:
250 grams Decadence yellow cake crumbs
150 ml all-purpose cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
¼ cup cherries, coarsely chopped
3 tbsps white rum

Toppings
150 ml all-purpose cream
1 tbsp icing sugar
grated chocolate
4 pcs cherries with stem

Procedures:
To get cake crumbs, bake the Decadence yellow cake mix as per package direction. Set it aside. Grease and line a (8x3x2) loaf pan with grease-proof paper. Set it aside. Whip together all-purpose cream and icing sugar until soft peak form. Incorporate cherries and rum. Fold in yellow cake crumbs into cream mixture. Pour into prepared pan and chill overnight until set. Set aside

For toppings, whip together all -purpose cream and icing sugar until soft peak form, set aside cream icing. Take out cake from the pan and divide white forest cake into four equal parts (triangle shape). Cover it with cream icing and decorate with grated chocolate on the side and put cherry with stem on top.
