Kiwi Polvoron

Kiwi Polvoron
Infuse a fruity twist into the classic polvoron and turn them into small wonders.

Yield
8  large pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons puréed green kiwi

In a pan, toast flour until light brown. Mix in sugar and powdered milk.
Melt butter with puréed green kiwi; add to the flour mixture. Mix thoroughly and mold using a polvoron molder. Wrap individually in Japanese paper.
